Nation - a group sharing a common culture. These groups also often share an ethnic background and geographic location. State - a sovereign, self-governing group Liberty- freedom in all senses of the world (economic, personal, etc.) Justice - fair treatment and equality for all; the application of law, rationality, and moral standards.
Nation: A body of people who share a government and the same governing principles. State: A sub-set of the nation. It is a division of the governing body that distributes and enforces the Nation's laws. Liberty: An individual's uncontested, personal rights and freedoms that are plainly understood rather than be set forth by their governing body. Justice: The system that protects an individual's liberty. Justice ensures that people are treated fairly under their nation's laws and governing principles.

State: A state is a smaller section of the nation, governed by a smaller branch of government, whose jurisdiction normally only affects that of its state and its citizen.
Liberty: The granted freedoms to do said actions based on legality.
Justice: A system of rules and regulations, as well as punishments, led by an elected system of officials to be ethical and to determine suitable actions for infringement of said laws. Essentially, punishments for unlawful/sometimes unethical doings. It is a great freedom and right to have a judicial system properly run.
Nation: A mass of land and people joined under common government and principles. State: A sub-grouping of people within a nation. Liberty: Freedom to say, do, and act as one pleases within reason. Justice: The fair and equal treatment, and judgment, of all people.

State- Various meanings. It can sometimes be used as a synonym of a nation. More typically, it refers to a smaller government within a nation which has a localized government which make laws and maintains order in its own local area.
Liberty- Freedoms and rights which all humans deserve to have.
Justice- Some form of punishment given when a citizen of a state breaks one of the state's laws, and, by extension, breaks the social contract between the two.
NATION: An established country that has a method of government which maintains an order and has a common culture and religion (yet, not necessarily true).
STATE: A distinct boarder that defines a certain area. A state also has specific characteristics, which differ from the large scale of a nation.
LIBERTY: The freedom that a human being possesses that gives one the ability to speak and act as they choose.
